Customer Support Engineer
We are looking for a customer support engineer to work in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. The job involves but is not limited to the following
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line customer support
- Resolve issues raised from clients either by e-mail, forum or the
help desk
- Write samples, track problems and assist clients in finding the best
solution
- Proactively learn the functionality and feature set of our software products,
Requirements:
- Excellent written command of English
- Basic knowledge of OOP and .NET
- Basic programming skills
- Attention to detail
- Capability to prioritise work effectively
- Education to bachelor degree,
Experience and skills considered as an advantage:
- Good spoken English
- Working knowledge of German / Spanish / French
- Experience in the IT field
- Ability to work under own initiative with minimum supervision,
